Shipping Policy

Holiday Shipping Times

In order to allow us time to enjoy the holidays with our friends and family, please take note of our HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE. If you have a question regarding shipping during the Holidays, please contact us. 

For US Domestic shipping, please place your holiday orders by December 9th to ensure delivery by December 24th. Orders placed AFTER December 10th may not make it by Christmas Eve. (NOTE: This includes those with expedited shipping.) 

Shipping

Please allow 5 business days for us to process, package, and ship your order. You will be notified via email when your order ships and most orders will receive a tracking number. If you require faster order processing, please contact us to make arrangements before placing your order.

How Do I Track My Order Status?

Most orders will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. To track the order using the tracking number, simply copy and paste the tracking number onto the tracking company's website, or click the tracking number from your order email. *Please note that not all items come with shipment tracking.

Lost Packages

Rarely, items do get lost in the mail. If your item was lost in the mail or you haven’t received it within 60 days:

  • Step one is to notify us.
  • Step two is to contact your local USPS with your tracking number, and have them open a case to locate your item.
  • Step three is to keep us informed of the situation as it progresses with the USPS.
  • We will do the same on our end, and will update you along the way with any progress or status changes. 
  • If the package cannot be located, a mutually agreeable refund or replacement will be offered. 

If you have not purchased insurance for your order, the original shipping price cannot be refunded.

If your item displays as “delivered” by the tracking information, we are not able to offer shipment support if the order was shipped and delivered to the address provided upon placing your order.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in a plastic bag, then packaged for delivery.
